Ryan Owens,
Chief Flight Instructor

Ryan was born and raised in Lafayette and currently lives with is wife and two daughters in Youngsville.  He graduated from Northwestern State University's Aviation Program.  After college Ryan immediately began his pursuit to become an Air Transport Pilot with his multi-engine rating as well as many other ratings allowing him to fly commercially.  He has spent years as a Corporate Pilot. 

Ryan recalls going to Aviation Fun Day at the Lafayette Airport every year as a child with his grandfather.  Both of his grandfathers were avid pilots, so it was natural that Ryan pursued a career as a pilot, but nothing has brought him more joy that helping others accomplish their dream of flying.

John Guidry,
Flight Instructor

John has had a lifelong passion for aviation.  He began his training with Ryan as his instructor, in 2011, and has continued elevating his training and range of aircraft.  He now flies the Cessna 172 as well as Piper and Cirrus planes.

John is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where he holds a Bachelors in Business Administration.

He is an instructor for private, instrument, and commercial students.

Brennan Gouaux,
Flight Instructor

After serving as a Marine, I pursued my passion for aviation.  My favorite crayon was the blue.  I have experience in sales as a real estate agent.  I recently become a CFII this year and have been instructing with Ryan since January.

William Thomas,
Flight Instructor

Born and raised in New Iberia, I started my aviation journey at age 19 when I got a job at my local airport as a Lineman.  I began flight training shortly after and completed all training, including my CFI and AGI.  I am currently a Junior at Liberty University majoring in Aviation.

Madison Pryor,
Office Manager

Madison keeps the planes in the air, whether you are training or renting she is your go to. She has been around planes since she was 11 years old. After working 5 years in customer service and 2 years in executive administration, she has all the information you need to get started on your aviation journey.
